About

Save bookmarks to Notion from the web and the social platforms you already use. Savebase brings links to posts, videos, and useful resources from Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Facebook, Truth Social, and websites into one organized bookmark library. Connect Savebase to Notion to turn that growing collection into a searchable Notion database for research, planning, and reference.

How the Savebase–Notion integration works

When you connect your Notion workspace, Savebase exports your saved items to a Notion database. Each item becomes a database page with its title, original URL, source platform, post content when available, author when available, tags, folder, personal note, and reminder when set. This gives you more context than a plain link and helps you sort and filter saved material inside Notion.

You can run Sync Now whenever you want to move your latest saves into Notion. Savebase also syncs connected accounts automatically on a schedule. Later syncs update existing Notion entries when details such as titles, tags, folders, or notes change, helping keep your database current without recreating every page. The sync runs one way, from Savebase to Notion, so you can keep capturing links in Savebase and use Notion as a companion workspace.

Use it to build a personal knowledge base, collect sources for articles or academic research, track inspiration for content creation, organize product and design references, or maintain a reading list of posts and webpages worth revisiting. Savebase makes it easier to capture bookmarks across platforms; Notion makes it easier to combine them with your notes, projects, and workflows.

Savebase supports nested folders, tags, search, and a browser extension for collecting links as you browse. Your Notion database can reflect that organization through tags and folder names. Whether you are a student, researcher, creator, or marketer, the integration reduces the manual work of copying social media links and web bookmarks into Notion.

Getting started is simple: sign in to Savebase, go to Dashboard → Settings → Integrations, connect your Notion workspace, and select Sync Now to export your saved content. Notion sync is available on Savebase Pro plans.
